I wanna start by saying this is the first review I ever take the time to write. I really feel their service deserves to be recognized . When  walking in I was greeted by their friendly staff. I went in for an eye exam and I cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Ramos . He was very  patient with me and took time to explain every aspect of the examination. They took away the stress that usually comes from the process , and I’m very grateful for that. It’s refreshing to find businesses such as this that’s still take the time to give outstanding service and without rush!

I went to TSO Oakley trunk sale on Sept. 22 and  Ashley and Julissa did an amazing job helping me. I got 3 pairs of glasses. Two prescription pairs with mirror coating and a pair of Holbrook. My 2nd prescription pair was half off because of the sale.I got them within 5 business days and they look  amazing.  I will definitely be returning again.

Dr. Ramos had great bedside manner and took his time during the visit. Explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff was also so polite and attentive. Overall, they were wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

Went in to TSO today for the Oakley trunk sale and came out with several pairs of Sunglasses  for a great price. The girls(Ashley &Julissa) up front were so helpful. I even was able to get an eye exam as a walk in. Dr. Barrera was very informative when it came to questions regarding my vision.

I love their frames.  Believe me any frame you buy at TSO will receive a positive compliment from people. I receive compliments all the time! The service is phenomenal. As you enter the facility, there is always a person happy to greet patients. Ashley is the best. She is hard working and goes out of her way to make the customers happy.  Connie the Dr's assistant is amazing. She is super sweet and helpful. Dr. Robert Ramos is by far the best eye doctor I've had. He is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and respectful He makes the visit heart warming and fun!
